Mr. Sugiyama, CEO of Sun-up Corporation (Thailand) Limited, delivered a speech about recycling wasted oily coolant water at the Thailand-Japan Environmental Technology Business Matching Seminar, which was held by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Thailand and the Ministry of Environment, Japan on 8 July 2024. As the representative of both countries, Mr.Kunisada, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Environment, Japan, and Captain Rachata, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment attended this event.

Illegal dumping and improper treatment of wasted oily coolant water is a social issue in Thailand. We exchanged our ideas about specific solutions to solve issues with both Japanese and Thai government officers. We aim to keep on contributing to cost reduction and reduction of environmental impact through recycling wasted oily coolant water.
